-After Dark + Fish 1.0.1: After Dark screensavers, plus the Fish screen saver faithfully translated to Mac OS X. Some things never die and this is a good thing.

-GraphicConverter 4.9.2: The mother of all graphics format programs. Reads and translates to just about every graphics format under sun. This is Thorsten Lemke's baby and given his constant updates, he evidently loves it quite a bit.
-iBert: Small program which pulls up the daily web version of Dilbert and allows users to search the archives through a built-in calendar feature.
-iGlasses: A cool shareware utility that allows iSight users to customize their iSight video settings. While the Night Vision feature may not impress your siginificant other, in their heart of hearts, they KNOW this is amazingly cool...
-Internet is for Porn: The kind of thing that makes you want to bleach your brain as well as thank the psycho who sent this to you. On the other hand, this represents exemplary use of puppets.
-Konfabulator 1.8.1: A weird jack-of-all-trades shareware app that functions as a CPU meter, battery meter, weather forecasting system and a dozen other things. Completely adjustable, this is beyond cool.
-MacMAME: THE emulator to use for old arcade game ROMs. How you go about acquiring the ROMs is up to you, but if you download them, then you have something to play it on. Q-Bert lives, Frogger crosses the road, Final Fight special moves stream from your muscle memory once again and your pets starve thanks to your forgetting to feed them.
-MoonWeight: A cool little utility that tells your weight on different planets, perfect for the starving supermodel in all of us.
-MPlayer OS X: A great DIVX player program for OS X and a nice counterpoint to VLC.
-Mutant Storm: Classic arcade space shooter game with extremely flashy graphics.
-Palm Desktop 4.1: More or less the drivers to Palm and Visor handhelds. While useful in this capacity, it rocks as a good, free calendar/scheduling/address book program complete with contact lists, events and alarms.
-PageSender: A nifty shareware program that allows your Mac to send and receive faxes.
-Pocket Tanks: A great Scorched Earth-esque shareware game.
-PyDDR 0.7.0: A Mac OS X open-source port of Konami's Dance Dance Revolution video game.
-PyKitchenSink: A crucial program used to install the files necessary to run PyDDR.
-PyDDR Songs and Associated Files: Drop these in a folder named "PyDDR Songs" in OS X's "Music" folder and then launch PyDDR for the program to run cleanly.
-RealPlayer 10: RealPlayer for Mac OS X.
-rRootage: Vertical shooter for OS X and the thing that will make you toss up a coin between the game and coital bliss with a loved one.
-Skype 1.0.0.18: A cool cross-platform voice-over-Internet-protocol (VOIP) utility that allows the user to send and receive voice data for free. Long story short, forget the phone; with a little bit of geekiness, all your phone calls are essentially free.
-Silk 2.0.3: Mac OS X utility for applying the Quartz smoothing technology to all of the text in your documents.
-Synergy 1.4.1: A cool chunk of shareware that allows you to control iTunes from the menu bar. Give it a toss and see what you make of it.
-Tex-Edit X: The OS X translation of the classic fully-featured Tex-Edit. Sadly, it may lack a built-in keyword-based Rogerian psychologist simulator (a la Eliza), but this isn't always a loss.
-The Swedish Chef: A collection of old Swedish Chef skits in a .zip archive. No matter how badly your day's gone, you'd still be hard pressed not to stop and laugh.
-VLC Media Player 0.8.1: A terrific Mac OS X utility for DivX, DVD, MPEG and Ogg playback. Everything QuickTime lacks, this is.
-VueScan 8.1: Driver software with support for hundreds of flatbed and film scanner models.
